Terms of Service
Last updated · September 2026
These terms govern your use of RabbitApply. By signing in and using the service, you agree to them. RabbitApply is a free beta, run by Biswa Rout, a sole trader in the United Kingdom trading as RabbitApply, and it is provided as-is while we build it out.
What RabbitApply does
RabbitApply searches for UK job postings that match the preferences you set, scores each against your CV, and prepares tailored application materials - a CV, a cover letter and suggested answers to screening questions. It is a tool to help you apply faster. It does not cover job markets outside the UK, and it is not a recruitment agency: we do not represent you to employers and we have no relationship with the companies whose roles we surface.
Who can use it
Anyone with a Google account who is 18 or over and looking for work in the UK. One account per person, for your own job search.
The service itself is invite-only while it is being built. Anyone can sign in, but an account without an invite has no access to the app and sees a waitlist screen instead. We decide who is invited, and we can withdraw an invitation at any time - if we withdraw yours, you keep your account and everything in it, and can still delete it or ask us for a copy.
What you are responsible for
- Reviewing before you submit. RabbitApply never submits applications for you. You are responsible for reviewing every document and answer, and for the applications you choose to send.
- Accuracy of your information. Generated documents are drawn from the CV and details you provide. You are responsible for ensuring what you submit is truthful and accurate.
- Your account. Keep your Google account secure, and do not let anyone else use your RabbitApply account.
Acceptable use
Use RabbitApply only for your own job search, and in line with the terms of the third-party sites where you apply. Do not upload anyone else's personal data as your CV, and do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer or abuse the service. We may suspend or close an account that does.
Availability
This is a beta running on free-tier infrastructure. We don't guarantee uptime, completeness of job coverage, or that every relevant role will be found. Features may change or break as we develop the product, and we may change or withdraw the service. Keep your own copy of anything you would mind losing: there is no data-durability promise here, and deletion is permanent by design.
No warranty and liability
RabbitApply is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for job outcomes, missed postings, or any loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Your data
What we collect and what we do with it is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account, and everything attached to it, from Settings at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The current version is always on this page with its date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of RabbitApply, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws that apply there.
